Daily Billing Model
We operate on a daily rate structure, calculated based on an 8-hour day. This ensures full transparency and allows clients to scale engagement duration as needed.
- Standard billing: Full-day and half-day rates
- Hourly flexibility: In rare cases, part-day billing is pro-rated
- No minimum term required beyond initial assignment agreement
No Upfront Fees
We do not charge any retainer, search, or placement fees. You only pay for the days worked by the interim executive—keeping your cost structure agile and efficient.
