How We Work with Interim Executives
At TH Bender Interim, we start by aligning with our client on the assignment’s scope, goals, location, and duration.
Once the requirements are clear, we contact you if your experience is a strong match. If there’s mutual interest—including availability and rate—we’ll ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement.
You’ll be committed to the opportunity for seven (7) business days while we present your anonymized profile to the client.
If shortlisted, your contact details will be shared for a direct interview. We handle all contractual matters: the client contracts with TH Bender Interim, and you sign a separate agreement with us.
There is no direct contract between you and the client.

Insurance & Engagement Structure
For U.S.-based assignments, interim executives are expected to carry general liability and professional liability (E&O) insurance. Additional coverage (e.g., workers’ comp or cyber liability) may be required depending on the assignment. These policies are often available on short notice.
We prefer to work with candidates who operate through a legal business entity (LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp). Sole proprietors may still apply but must meet all legal and insurance requirements.
A valid work permit is required for the country where the assignment takes place, and requirements may vary by location.
A Career That Moves With You
Working as an interim executive offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact—fast. You’ll step into high-level roles, solve complex challenges, and drive meaningful change where it’s needed most. The work is dynamic, flexible, and deeply rewarding.
Not everything needs to be figured out on day one—we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
