Jecelyn manages TH Bender’s sales and business development operations, working closely with the executive team to advance strategic growth initiatives. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has played a key role in developing candidate profiles, company briefs, and detailed job specifications that form the foundation of our executive search process.

With a degree in Anthropology, Jecelyn brings a research-driven and human-centered perspective to her work. She supports business development projects, contributes to lead generation and tracking efforts, and helps coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance the firm’s market visibility. Her methodical and detail-oriented approach ensures that each engagement begins with a deep understanding of both client context and candidate fit—contributing significantly to the quality and effectiveness of our search efforts.
