Reane leads TH Bender’s internal research operations and oversees a team of 12 full-time talent research associates. Having joined the firm in 2010, she plays key role in building and maintaining the search infrastructure that powers our interim and executive recruitment efforts. Based on her architectural training, she brings a structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset to every engagement.

She also supervises the IT group responsible for developing our custom-build candidate tracking system, which includes hundreds of thousands of executive profiles. In addition to maintaining this critical resource Reane leads the firm’s initiatives to identify and integrate AI tools that enhance the efficiency and precision of our research workflows—ensuring that clients benefit from both human insight and cutting-edge technology. She also developed the business logic that forms the foundation of our ATS, which reflects the unique structure, process flow, and data visibility required by our interim placement projects.
