He brings over 20 years of international experience as a CFO and Controller in leading industrial companies. His career includes senior finance roles at renowned organizations, with more than twelve years spent in the U.S., as well as three-year assignments in the APAC region, South Africa, and the Netherlands.
Roland has deep expertise in restructuring underperforming companies and in developing and implementing cost accounting systems that enhance transparency and support accurate calculation of in-house product manufacturing costs. He also has extensive experience building complex NPV and payback models for CAPEX investment programs.
